What is "Evil"?

Evil exists everywhere, especially in the eyes of those seek it. And We are all guilty for seeking it, I feel like we all look for the grey or negativity in life. We revolve around the drama and sadness of everyday life. Think about it the first thing we do when we get up in the morning or return home is turn on the news or look on the internet. We check to see what the breaking news stories to see what is going on around our world, and nine times out of ten it is something bad. Notice how the news never publishes a happy story about a broken family getting becoming one again, NO It is something awful like a shooting or a threat of some evil person. It makes me so frustrated! It feels like so much evil is broadcasted to us through life, media, art, books, Friends, and family. Evil is any bad, dark, self involving and over bearing thing. It is in the drama that you here from your friends, the dark paintings, the awful stories on the news, and etc. Yet let me through this out their; Without evil what would our world be like. It is as if without evil their would be no good because you cant see the good in life until you see something bad that makes you appreciate the good in life. Think about it people who go through hell and back are some of the most life loving people, because the had too go through those hard times full of evil in order to get where they are. Like Kelly Clarkson's song what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
