My Faith

We all need something in life to hold onto and carry with us throughout our entire life weather it is an artifact, a memory, or a belief. This thing can be virtually anything possible that has meaning to oneself. For me my one thing that I have carried throughout my entire life is my faith. It is one of the biggest factors in my life.

I feel like my entire outlook on life along with my journey through faith can be best expressed through one of my favorite Christian songs; You love me any ways by Sidewalk Prophets.

I love this song because it really shows how we walk around blind; unknowing of what will come next. For instance; when we think we are at our lowest points God picks us up and pushes us farther. When we lose all hope, he provides us hope through little things such as a warm embrace or something as simple as a big smile from a stranger or friend. When we feel we have gone astray or lost too much to bear or we start to push God away because we don’t know how to live with ourselves for another day due to all of our overwhelming sins. Yet through all our sins and pushing him away-- He (God) loves us any way. He picks us up dusts us off and shows us the way. He allows us to dump our buckets of grief and sin onto him and he carries the load for us purely out of love

You must change your hearts and lives! Come back to God, and he will forgive your sins. The lord will give you times of spiritual rest. He will give you Jesus the one He chooses to be the Christ.
